## What changed vs b
- Sample-expansion pull of official PAGCOR GSA/casino domains that were on the 29 Oct 2026 / 20 Oct 2026 registers but not yet queried in b (~80 hosts; TabAPI `months=3`, ~231 credits).
- Domain count in the domains CSV rises from 340 → ~435; operator count stays **62** (same licensee set). Three GSA brand rows on the PDF still have **zero registered domains** (All In; Fiesta Fruit Game: Apple to Apple; PanaloPlay) and remain outside the traffic sample.
- Material ranking move: **747** (CD Extreme) rises after `747.live` / `747ph.live` traffic is included. DigiPlus cluster share and Top5/Top10 concentration ease slightly as the denominator grows.
- **BIGBUNNY** (Blue Phoenix Tech Solutions Corp.) and **Filbet** (Gotech Entertainment Inc.) were already in the b traffic sample (≈1.23M / ≈0.73M Sep visits) and remain ranked; v4 editorial update surfaces them explicitly.
