## Method (summary)
Medians are computed over merchant-side advertised pay-in quotes collected from public web previews of Telegram posts on 2026-11-06. Quotes are advertising rates, not verified settlement prices. Conversion rates, reserves and success-rate risk are often extra. Small recent-sample sizes for some countries; recent quotes are concentrated among a few public publishers.

## Caveats
Three focus countries cannot establish a statistical relationship. Blocking counts and time windows differ by jurisdiction. Fee quotes come from sellers' own marketing.
