How to Withdraw AskSpinner Diamonds to GCash

You can withdraw AskSpinner Diamonds to GCash in the Philippines. Each Diamond is worth ₱0.30, and the minimum withdrawal is 350 Diamonds (₱105). AskSpinner charges no withdrawal fee. To apply, enter the number of Diamonds you want to withdraw, your receiving GCash account and the name registered to that account.

How to submit a Diamond withdrawal

1. Open the Diamond withdrawal page

Log in to AskSpinner and open the Diamond withdrawal page. Check that your available balance is at least 350 Diamonds.

2. Enter the number of Diamonds

Enter how many Diamonds you want to withdraw. The amount cannot exceed your available balance. For example, enter 350 for ₱105 or 1000 for ₱300.

3. Add your GCash details

Enter the receiving GCash account and the name registered to it. Check both carefully and make sure they match.

4. Review and submit

Check the Diamond amount, its peso value and your receiving details, then submit your request. Allow for the processing times below and check your GCash transaction history for the payment.

Minimum withdrawal and peso value

The minimum withdrawal is 350 Diamonds, worth ₱105. To calculate the peso value, multiply the number of Diamonds by ₱0.30.

• 350 Diamonds = ₱105

• 500 Diamonds = ₱150

• 1,000 Diamonds = ₱300

The withdrawal field takes a Diamond amount. For a ₱105 withdrawal, enter 350, not 105. AskSpinner does not charge a withdrawal fee.

When will my request be processed?

All times below are Philippine local time.

• 10:00 AM to before 11:00 PM: requests are processed within one hour.

• 11:00 PM to before 10:00 AM: requests are processed at 10:00 AM.

For example, a request submitted at 11:30 PM is processed at 10:00 AM the next day. A request submitted at 8:30 AM is processed at 10:00 AM that same day.

What if a withdrawal fails or is delayed?

If a withdrawal fails, the Diamonds deducted for that request are returned to your Diamond balance. Before trying again, check your GCash account and registered name, then confirm your available balance after the Diamonds have been returned.

If the processing time has passed and you have not received the payment, check when you submitted the request and review your GCash transaction history. Keep the request time, Diamond amount and relevant screenshots so the request can be checked.
