AskSpinner Community Guidelines
Our rules for honest reviews, respectful discussions, privacy, and fair participation in the AskSpinner community.
Last Updated Date:

AskSpinner is a place to share gaming experiences, compare casinos and games, ask questions, and raise concerns. Honest reviews and genuine complaints are welcome, including negative feedback. Keep your contributions useful, truthful, and respectful.
These guidelines apply to posts, comments, reviews, and other community activity. Participation is limited to adults who meet the applicable legal age requirements in their location.
1. No Scams or Illegal Activity
Do not deceive, impersonate, steal from, or exploit other members. Fake giveaways, phishing links, fraudulent offers, and requests for passwords or verification codes are prohibited. Do not promote illegal activity, underage gambling, or ways to bypass legal restrictions.
Do not promise guaranteed wins, risk-free gambling, or a reliable income from playing. Past results and winning screenshots do not predict future outcomes.
2. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion
Do not post advertisements, referral codes, affiliate links, or promotional invitations without permission from AskSpinner. Repeated attempts to move members into outside groups or private sales conversations are not allowed.
Avoid duplicate posts, copy-pasted content, irrelevant links, and low-effort replies posted only to increase activity or collect rewards. Keep complaints in the relevant discussion and add meaningful updates rather than reposting them across unrelated threads.
3. No Abuse or Harassment
Disagree with ideas and business practices without attacking people. Threats, intimidation, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, and coordinated harassment are prohibited.
You may criticize a casino, game, service, or decision. Explain what happened and why it matters. Do not encourage others to target staff, members, or anyone involved.
4. No Fake Claims or Fabricated Experiences
Do not invent wins, losses, deposits, withdrawals, customer-service interactions, or product tests. Fabricated evidence, manipulated screenshots, fake reviews, and presenting someone else’s experience as your own are not allowed.
Distinguish personal observations from opinions, assumptions, and information found elsewhere. Provide relevant, redacted evidence when available and correct material errors. Writing or translation tools must not be used to fabricate first-hand experiences or testimonials.
5. No Privacy Violations
Respect your privacy and everyone else’s. Never post passwords, PINs, verification codes, or other account-access credentials. Do not expose someone’s private contact details, identity documents, or financial information.
Before uploading evidence, hide unnecessary identifying information, including phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers, and document details. A dispute does not justify exposing private information.
6. No Reward Abuse
Rewards must come from genuine participation. Do not use multiple accounts, bots, fabricated engagement, copied submissions, or coordinated activity to manipulate eligibility, rankings, or rewards.
Do not manufacture reviews, complaints, or conversations to collect rewards. Follow each activity’s published rules and do not exploit errors in the reward system.
Moderation and Enforcement
Violating content may be removed, and accounts may face restrictions or suspension depending on the seriousness and frequency of the conduct. A good-faith complaint or critical review is not a violation simply because it is negative.
Play Responsibly
Gambling involves financial risk. Community content cannot guarantee results. Set limits, avoid chasing losses, and seek support if gambling affects your finances, relationships, or well-being.
