PLAYTIME, PT Gaming and the operator

The current player website is www.ptgaming.ph. www.playtime.ph is PlayTime Entertainment’s broader corporate site, covering gaming, sports, talent and media. The company describes PT Gaming as its flagship gaming platform and dates its gaming business to 2023, with the wider entertainment brand introduced in 2025.

PAGCOR’s register dated 8 October 2026 names Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. as the gaming system administrator for PT GAMING. The listed domains are ptgaming.ph, ptgaming.com.ph and ptgame.ph. An older register dated 6 August 2024 connects Playmate with the PlayTime brand and playtime.ph.

The current entry lists electronic casino, electronic bingo, sports betting and numeric games without an asterisk. Specialty games, traditional bingo and online poker are starred as offerings that have yet to commence commercial operations. A category name in the lobby should therefore not be treated as confirmation that every product in that category is operating under this entry. Row 42 is a list position, not a licence number.

Vic Sotto and Heaven Peralejo: PT Gaming ambassadors

PT Gaming’s official company page features Vic “Bossing” Sotto, a Filipino television host, actor and comedian, and actress Heaven Peralejo as its brand ambassadors. Both were previously announced as endorsers under the PlayTime name.

Finding your way around the website and app

The desktop lobby places its six game categories alongside Wallet, Promos, Task, VIP and chat. The main destinations are straightforward to find. The homepage itself is less restrained: four promotional popups appeared after sign-in, followed by large banners and animated advertising.

The entry screen offers phone, Google and Facebook routes. Players must be 21 or older and meet the eligibility rules, including restrictions on people listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons and other prohibited groups. Accounts must use accurate details and are for personal use; multiple accounts and account sharing are prohibited.

An official iPhone and iPad app is published by PLAYMATE LEISURE SOLUTIONS CORP. The Philippine App Store listing requires iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later and lists English and Simplified Chinese. The catalogue includes supplier labels for JILI, PG Soft, FaChai, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Spark Game, JDB, Yellow Bat, Mega Win, CQ9, Playtech and SABA Sports. The Poker menu also includes Tongits, Pusoy and other card or table games; that menu label is broader than the regulator’s separate Online Poker classification.

Super Ace reached its PLAY screen after JILI’s loading screen and tutorial. Returning to the lobby was less smooth: two attempts with the platform’s return control left the PLAY screen open, and Browser Back produced an empty game container. A page refresh restored the lobby. This happened during our single Super Ace visit.

Deposits and withdrawals

GCash and Maya are available for both deposits and withdrawals. The Wallet also lists these routes:

The lowest amount displayed in the GCash deposit menu is ₱10. Bank deposits offer InstaPay and PESONet routes, with amounts and provider limits depending on the route. A supported deposit amount does not automatically qualify for every promotion.

Our test records show a ₱100 GCash deposit arrived within five minutes and a ₱100 withdrawal in ten minutes. These two transactions do not guarantee the usual processing time. The ₱10 figure above is the menu’s supported minimum; the completed deposit in our records was ₱100.

The GCash and Maya withdrawal menus display ₱50 options, while the published terms specify ₱100 per withdrawal. Check the amount accepted in the withdrawal request before confirming it.

What you need before cashing out

The withdrawal requirements include a verified phone number, a Payment Password, a Fund Account and enough balance for the cashout threshold. The receiving account should belong to you. The FAQ also requires KYC before withdrawal: open profile → Security Center → KYC Verification, enter your legal first and last names and date of birth, and submit a full photograph of an ID. The terms allow age and anti-money-laundering checks.

Each deposit must meet 100% turnover before withdrawal, while bonuses have their own wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests also pass through risk checks and approval. The terms describe fee coverage through account credits; check any payment-provider charge shown before confirming a request.

The Help Center states that the platform does not set its own limit on the number of withdrawal requests or the daily total. Channel transaction limits and payment-provider daily limits still apply, together with verification and approval requirements.

How long withdrawals may take

The terms quote 5–10 minutes for processing, subject to approval. That is not an arrival guarantee. They separately describe real-time credit, an investigation taking 1–3 banking days if funds do not arrive immediately, and at least 24 hours, potentially 3–5 banking days, for withdrawals of ₱50,000 or more.

Welcome bonuses, cashback and VIP

The New Player ₱2,980 Free Gifts headline combines several activities: registration ₱20, app download ₱10, first deposit ₱500, four-day deposit tasks ₱100, four-day betting tasks ₱100 and invitations ₱2,250. It is not ₱2,980 paid simply for registering. Each activity has its own qualification steps.

Registration and App rewards

The registration reward is ₱20. Phone-number sign-ups qualify automatically; Google or Facebook sign-ups must link a mobile number within 30 days. The extra ₱10 App reward has separate conditions: a first deposit of at least ₱10, at least ₱1 in bets, and an App download within 30 days of registration. Open the App, log in and confirm the reward prompt.

Each reward is available once per player and requires wagering three times its own amount before withdrawal. The App reward is not a no-deposit offer.

First-deposit and betting bonuses

The first-deposit offer is for newly registered players who have not deposited before. Its two rewards work separately:

A successful first deposit qualifies for the tier’s automatic Deposit Bonus. To withdraw that bonus, wager three times the Deposit Bonus amount.

The separate Betting Bonus requires reaching the table’s Bet Amount. It is scheduled for automatic credit before 2 p.m. the following day, then must be wagered three times the Betting Bonus amount before withdrawal. The offer does not specify a time zone.

The separate newcomer cashback applies during the first three days from the first deposit, using these category rates:

Cashback is calculated from the daily total bet amount, with no stated cashback amount ceiling, and cannot be combined with other cashback offers. Our inquiry about human-service hours, languages and complaint escalation received an automatic rules reply. It quoted a commitment to respond to email or messages within 72 hours of receipt. This is a response window, not a resolution deadline. The reply also referred to a case-specific dispute-reporting period, giving 48 hours as an example; it did not establish one deadline for every complaint.

For a delayed transfer, keep your transaction reference, amount, dates and payment confirmation when contacting support. PT Gaming’s useful features are its familiar payment options, choice of game types and easy-to-find main menus. Its promotion-heavy presentation and the interrupted return from Super Ace make the desktop experience less smooth.
