Overview
- Evolution launched Ice Fishing in New Jersey, Michigan and Delaware on November 2 and opened its fourth live casino studio in Atlantic City.
- S Gaming says it now holds a Swedish gambling software permit, which Sweden requires before a supplier can serve locally licensed operators.
- THNDR has five skill games live on SportsDey, an operator licensed by Nigeria's Cross River State Lotteries and Gaming Agency.
- Also this week, the Dutch regulator published a binding instruction to Endorphina and Nolimit City surrendered its UK licence.

Evolution opens fourth Atlantic City studio as Ice Fishing launches in three US states
Evolution said on November 2 that its Ice Fishing live game show is now available in New Jersey, Michigan and Delaware, its first US launch of the title. In New Jersey, the launch coincides with the opening of Evolution's fourth live casino studio in Atlantic City; Michigan players are served from the company's Grand Rapids studio, which opened earlier this year. Evolution's announcement says the game has had more than 26 million players worldwide since its 2025 debut and that it expects to roll it out "across additional regulated U.S. markets over the coming months."
Live casino content in US states is streamed from studios located inside each state, so a new title reaches a state only when there is local studio capacity and regulatory approval for it there. The launch follows Evolution's third-quarter report, in which it disclosed the closure of its Brazil studio (our earlier coverage).
S Gaming receives a Swedish gambling software permit
London-based slot studio S Gaming said on November 2 that Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, has granted it a gambling software permit (company announcement). Under Chapter 11 of Sweden's Gambling Act, any company that manufactures, provides, installs or modifies gambling software used for licensed online gambling in Sweden must hold such a permit, whether it is the manufacturer or a subcontractor; the application fee is SEK 120,000, according to Spelinspektionen.
S Gaming, which also holds a UK Gambling Commission licence (account 63599) and a Malta Gaming Authority recognition notice (RN/012/2024), said its first titles will be available to Swedish players in the coming weeks, with further releases from January 2027. Compliance consultancy BetComply supported the application.
THNDR goes live in Nigeria with Cross River State-licensed SportsDey
Skill-games supplier THNDR said on November 2 that five of its white-label skill games are now live on SportsDey, a Nigerian sports and gaming platform operated by Halla Gaming Company Limited (THNDR announcement). THNDR described it as its first partner in Nigeria and its first market in Africa, with more titles and tournaments planned.
SportsDey states on its website that Halla Gaming is licensed by the Cross River State Lotteries and Gaming Agency under licence No. CRSLGA/11/2025/014. In Nigeria, gaming is licensed at state level, so an operator's licence covers the state that issued it. SportsDey also lists sportsbook, casino, prediction-market and binary-trading products on the same platform.
Also this week
- The Netherlands Gambling Authority (Ksa) published a binding instruction ordering Endorphina to take technical or contractual measures to keep its games off unlicensed sites serving Dutch players (our report).
- Evolution-owned slot studio Nolimit City surrendered its UK Gambling Commission licence, effective October 25 (our report).
