FAQ
AskSpinner Diamonds: How to Earn Them and Understand Their Cash Value
AskSpinner uses Diamonds to reward genuine, helpful community participation and qualifying activity results. Diamonds are recorded in your balance and have cash-redemption value. Coins mainly provide resources for selected activities and reward exchanges. Keeping the two separate helps you understand the cost of taking part and how you can use a reward before treating its displayed amount as cash received.
On the Philippines site, 1 Diamond currently has a value of ₱0.30. You can receive Diamonds from qualifying activities or exchange Coins for them in Coin Shop. Choose a route that fits your circumstances, the time you are willing to spend, and the costs you can accept. For ways to get Coins, read AskSpinner Coins: How to Earn and Use Them.

Compare free chances, conditional rewards, and Coin-based activities
A route that costs no Coins may still require writing, sharing, a friend’s participation, or review. A chance to win Diamonds does not guarantee a reward. Compare the actual effort and how the result is decided. Effort levels below describe the steps and conditions, rather than ranking returns. Limited-time activities are available only when an event is open and you meet its rules.
Route and reward | Cost and effort | When it fits and what to check |
|---|---|---|
Daily Coin Slot | 0 Coins. Low effort: use the free daily attempt in Coin Center. Prizes are random. | A simple starting point for new members. One free attempt each day; Diamonds are not guaranteed. |
Share on Facebook | 0 Coins. Moderate effort: an account with more than 100 friends, the designated content and required link, and review. | Suitable if you already have an eligible account and are willing to share. Once per person every 7 days; multiple accounts do not create extra attempts. Approval is required. |
Awesome Post | 0 Coins. Higher effort: original, useful content with clear details and supporting evidence. | Suitable when you have genuine experience to share. Rewards depend on selection; ordinary posts and replies do not automatically earn Diamonds. |
Coin Shop | Costs the Coins required by that tier. Low effort: check your balance and the exchange amount. | Suitable if you prefer a known result. Compare each tier’s Coin cost and Diamond amount; this is an exchange, with no prize draw. |
Lucky Wheel and Lucky Scratch | Currently 10 Coins per attempt. Simple to play, with random rewards. | Suitable if you want to enjoy the activity. Diamonds are not guaranteed, and the Coins you spend may not be recovered. |
Daily and Weekly Tournaments | Current entries: Daily 10 Coins; Weekly 100 Coins; or a matching ticket. Higher effort: take part and compete for a prize position. | Consider this if you have a matching ticket or plan to compete. Each repeat Coin entry costs Coins again. Check the current event rules; the listed costs apply to the current events and rewards depend on final rank. |
Big Challenge is available only when an event is open. Before spending Coins, check that event’s Coin cost, specified game and target, deadline, and remaining prize places.
Game ratings carry no rewards, helping keep reviews fair. Awesome Post rewards recognize helpful content selected through review. Genuine experience and clear explanations matter more than a positive rating or the number of posts you make. Share what you already know; there is no need to spend more on gambling to create a post.

Choose a first step that fits your circumstances
If you are new and have no Coins yet, check the free daily Coin Slot in Coin Center. Treat it as a chance to win, rather than a fixed income. If you have genuine experience that could help other players, read the community’s Awesome Posts guidance. Explain the situation, key steps, supporting evidence, and outcome, then submit your post for review. There is no need to force a post if you have nothing useful to share.
If your Facebook account has more than 100 friends and you are willing to share the designated content, check the Facebook task. The opportunity is limited to once per person every 7 days. If you have already collected Coins, compare the fixed exchanges in Coin Shop with the costs of available activities. If you hold a tournament ticket, check Tournaments for an open event that accepts it.
Before choosing, ask yourself: does this fit something I already want to do, what extra effort will it take, and does the outcome depend on chance, review, or rank? A task that is easy for someone else may require considerable social or writing effort from you. Include those costs in your decision instead of comparing top prizes alone.
Understand Diamond value and cash received
At the current Philippines rate, 100 Diamonds have a value of ₱30, and 1,000 Diamonds have a value of ₱300. Diamonds received through Coin Shop use the same cash value. The number of Coins needed per Diamond varies by shop tier, so there is no single Coin-to-Diamond exchange ratio. After an exchange, check both the Coins deducted and the Diamonds added.
Once Diamonds are in your balance, you still need to meet the withdrawal rules in effect and submit a request. GCash is currently supported; enter your GCash account and the matching name. AskSpinner charges no withdrawal fee. Continue to the withdrawal page for the full process. Processing hours, request status, and the return of Diamonds after a failed withdrawal will be explained in separate withdrawal help.
A reward’s cash value, a processed withdrawal request, and money reaching your receiving account are different stages. Receiving Diamonds does not mean the cash has already arrived.
