Rush Street Interactive Q3 2026 results

Rush Street Interactive, the Chicago-based operator of the BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet brands, published its third-quarter results on October 28. Revenue of $385.9 million compared with $393.8 million in the second quarter, according to the company's quarterly filing for that period.

Adjusted sales and marketing expense was $54.7 million, or 14.2% of revenue. Chief executive Richard Schwartz said the company had invested more in marketing "where we saw attractive returns" and that online casino "remains the engine of our profitability." North American monthly active users reached a quarterly record, the company said.

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue was $1.15 billion and net income was $84.2 million. The company ended September with $381.9 million in cash and cash equivalents.

RushBet in Latin America and the Colombia tax assumption

The company did not break out Latin American revenue in the earnings release. In its second-quarter filing, it reported $107.9 million in revenue from Latin America, including Mexico, for the three months to June 30, up from $36.6 million a year earlier.

Schwartz said Latin American revenue growth "continues to be strong on both a gross and net basis" and that customers who joined during the World Cup were still playing across its products. RSI operates in the regulated markets of Colombia, Mexico and Peru in Latin America.

The guidance covers only markets where RSI is live as of October 28. In Canada, where it operates in Ontario and Alberta, Schwartz said the company is more than three months into its Alberta launch and expects that market to ramp up gradually.
