Argentina's Entre Ríos bars registered child support debtors from casinos and gaming halls under Law 11,326
Entre Ríos has published Law 11,326, which requires the province's casinos and gaming halls to refuse entry to people listed in its Registry of Child Support Debtors. The provincial gaming institute IAFAS and the registry will roll out the controls progressively, and the law leaves the procedure to future regulations.

Overview
- Entre Ríos published Law 11,326 in its Official Bulletin No. 28,443 on October 23, 2026. Governor Rogelio Frigerio promulgated it on October 21 after the legislature passed it on October 14.
- The law adds Article 12 ter to Law 9,424, which created the province's Registry of Child Support Debtors. Under that article, the province's gaming halls and casinos must refuse entry to anyone on the registry.
- Implementation will be progressive and carried out jointly by IAFAS, the provincial body that runs and supervises legal gambling in Entre Ríos, and the registry authorities.
- A second new article bars registered debtors from cultural, sporting and other paid-entry events in municipalities that adhere to the law.
- The law sets no start date and no verification procedure. Both are left to regulations from the bodies involved.
What Law 11,326 requires of casinos
Article 12 ter states that "the Gaming Halls and Casinos of the Province of Entre Ríos must prohibit entry to those who are listed in the Registry of Child Support Debtors." It assigns implementation to the Instituto de Ayuda Financiera a la Acción Social (IAFAS), "or the body that replaces it in the future," together with the registry authorities. Article 3 says the method of implementation will be set by regulation of the bodies involved in each case.
The text refers to the province's gaming halls and casinos. It does not mention online gambling platforms, and it does not set out penalties for venues that fail to comply.
For events, Article 12 bis says any cultural or sporting event, or any event that charges for entry, must bar people on the registry. Municipalities that adhere to the law will tell organisers about the requirement, and organisers must request the registry certificate.
The law was signed by Senate president Alicia Aluani and Chamber of Deputies president Gustavo René Hein, and promulgated by Governor Frigerio with Government and Labour Minister Manuel Troncoso. The Entre Ríos Senate's legislative record lists Lorena Maricel Arrozogaray as the author of the bill.
IAFAS and gambling in Entre Ríos
IAFAS is the only body allowed to offer legal gambling in Entre Ríos, whether in person or online. According to the province's 2026 budget documents, it sells lottery products through around 921 official agencies and runs 8 casinos, 21 slot halls of its own and 10 concessioned slot halls, as well as an online casino and sports betting platform. The same documents say IAFAS offers an irrevocable one-year self-exclusion in its casinos and halls and in the online offering it supervises.
