Chance, a daily numbers game sold through licensed regional operators, was the only category to grow, adding COP 9.5 billion. Traditional lottery transfers, which include lottery profits, the tax on winnings, the tax on lotteries from other departments and unclaimed prizes, fell by COP 20.7 billion. Transfers from Raspa&Listo, an instant scratch-style game, fell by COP 4.4 billion.
The CNJSA figures are cumulative from January and cover only these regional games; online betting and other games run under Coljuegos licences report their own transfers separately. The page's heading still refers to a cut-off of August 2026, while its text and table give the September 2026 cumulative figure. Coljuegos does not publish the single-month September amount on the page, and the figures may be adjusted after validation by the CNJSA's technical secretariat.
Coljuegos has stepped up public enforcement this autumn, including a 397-item seizure in Popayán after its new president took office.
