Hacksaw Q3: revenue up 12%, Alberta and Buenos Aires City go-lives, Brazil market closed
Hacksaw Group published its interim report for January–September 2026 on 3 November 2026 at 07:30 CET under the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
In the third quarter, total revenue was €58.1m (+12% year on year), adjusted EBIT €48.3m (+15%) with an 83% margin, profit €45.7m, diluted earnings per share €0.158 and operating cash flow €52.2m. Year to date, revenue was €175.0m (+23%) and adjusted EBIT €144.2m (+24%) with an 82% margin.
During the quarter Hacksaw released 19 in-house titles and 26 third-party titles via OpenRGS; Zerplaay Games joined the OpenRGS network; and the company launched Moneyplane, described as its first proprietary crash game. Games became available in Alberta, Canada, and Buenos Aires City, Argentina.
After the quarter closed, Hacksaw said its Malta Gaming Authority Critical Gaming Supply licence was extended to Type 3 so it can offer a B2B prediction-markets platform (Hacksaw Markets); it announced partnerships or go-lives including Sazka Hry in the Czech Republic, Bally's Intralot Online in the UK, and FanDuel in Connecticut; and its board authorised a share buyback of up to €20m over three months.
On Brazil, the report states that at the end of September the government withdrew the authorisation of several licensed operators and that the regulated market closed in early October. The company says it is following developments.
CEO Ana Vrabic Verdir said the third quarter was affected by a less favourable game mix and that the studio is rebalancing its roadmap toward more classic slots while continuing to release titles with higher volatility profiles.
Related IR notices on the same period include the FanDuel Connecticut go-live (2 November) and the buyback / management announcements (3 November) on Hacksaw's press-releases page.
Endorphina partners with PointsBet in Ontario
Endorphina said on 2 November 2026 that it has taken a major North American step in partnership with PointsBet Canada, framing the deal as its first major operator partnership breakthrough in North America. The announcement says Endorphina's portfolio is now available to PointsBet players in Ontario.
Lohith Chittajallu, Endorphina's chief commercial officer, said the company had been preparing for North America for more than a year. Brooke Hilton, PointsBet Canada's director of casino product, said Endorphina's titles expand the operator's slot catalogue in Ontario.
Endorphina had already announced an Ontario and Alberta content expansion via aggregator St8 on 21 October; the PointsBet notice is the first major branded-operator partnership Endorphina has highlighted for the region. Separately, the Netherlands Gambling Authority issued a binding instruction to Endorphina earlier in the reporting window (AskSpinner coverage).
Pragmatic Play rolls out Smart Studio tables for Rank Group
Pragmatic Play said on 3 November 2026 that it has rolled out its Smart Studio solution for Rank Group. Rank has gone live with Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette and Auto Speed Roulette tables that use Smart Studio's green-screen customisation so operators can brand tables and run on-table promotions.
The deal builds on Pragmatic Play's existing Mecca Big Bass Double Dab exclusive with Mecca Bingo, part of Rank. Sharon McHugh, Pragmatic Play's head of product for live casino, and Tom Orton, Rank's director of casino and digital product, both described the rollout as expanding Rank's live offering with operator-branded tables.
