Mexico gambling web traffic: ranking the DGJS-listed permit holders

The Caliente/Winner permit-holder cluster leads this dated-register cohort with approximately 21.86 million derived Mexico web visits in September 2026, ahead of Producciones Móviles’ multi-brand permit portfolio at 18.33 million. The ranking combines third-party TabAPI global estimates with reported Mexico shares; it is neither official DGJS traffic nor a certification of current operating status.

Mexico gambling web traffic: ranking the DGJS-listed permit holders

Overview

  • Impulsora Géminis, the permit holder mapped to Caliente and Winner, leads with about 21.86 million derived Mexico web visits in September 2026 (third-party TabAPI estimate).
  • Producciones Móviles’ multi-brand permit portfolio ranks second at about 18.33 million derived visits (TabAPI estimate), with BetMéxico and Betmaster contributing roughly 82.3% of that total.
  • The cohort starts from the June 2026 DGJS authorised-websites register: 136 entries reconstructed, 100 candidate hosts queried and 78 hosts retained in the headline ranking.
  • Mexico visits are derived as TabAPI global visits × TabAPI-reported Mexico share; acquisition-channel mixes are global-basis, not Mexico-only advertising data.
  • Bet365 and Betano keep their dated June suspension label in a separate appendix; their current operating status remains unverified. Figures are not official DGJS traffic, revenue or market shares.

The ranking: permit holders, not a list of interchangeable brands

Two hostnames can outweigh dozens of authorised addresses. Impulsora Géminis, the permit holder mapped to Caliente and Winner, ranks first in AskSpinner’s September traffic exercise. Producciones Móviles ranks second despite a far larger register footprint. Superjuegos Robin, mapped to Playdoit and Playbros, is third, followed by Codere’s permit holder, Libros Foráneos.

10 Discos y Producciones Premier, S.A. de C.V. RushBet 0.283M 0.46%

All figures are derived third-party TabAPI estimates, rounded for readability. Shares use the 61.67 million measured Mexico-proxy visits in this cohort, not the entire Mexican gambling market. The top five account for 93.5% of that denominator and the top ten for 99.1%. These figures describe the chosen web sample, not revenue or legal-market shares.

The main table aggregates hostnames under the Permisionaria in the DGJS authorised-websites register. It does not merge unrelated permit holders merely because they use a similar trading name, and it does not turn every brand sharing one permit into a common corporate owner. Mexico’s separate Operadora column matters: a legal permit portfolio and a commercial operator are not necessarily the same unit. For the country’s permit framework, see AskSpinner’s SEGOB/DGJS guide.

What was counted—and what was not

The starting universe is the June 2026 DGJS web register, not a newly issued November list. Its 136 numbered entries can be reconstructed into 86 Operando, 27 baja temporal, 13 sin operaciones and 10 suspensión DGJS rows. The separate federal permit roster enumerates 39 permit-holder companies; 23 match a domain-bearing cluster in the dated web register. Sixteen have no domain match there. No match is not evidence that a company lacks a permit or has no business.

AskSpinner queried 100 distinct candidate hosts, covering all 86 entries classified Operando in the reconstruction, all ten suspension entries, and four temporarily inactive entries. The 300-credit ceiling was reached exactly. The remaining 36 non-operating/temporarily inactive entries were not queried and remain blank in the appendix—not zero. Calls used the traffic endpoint’s months=3 option and returned July–September 2026 history. Five initial calls are included in that total; they were not purchased again.

The headline table retains 78 hosts after geography and spelling checks. Four operating-status candidates have unresolved primary-text/transcription issues: wptglobal.mx (the official indexed text truncates the hostname to “www.wptglobal”), draftea.mx, ganamax.mx and jugabet.mx. They are shown in the appendix but excluded from headline totals. Five positive-traffic hosts have no Mexico share in TabAPI’s returned top regions: bbrwin.mx, bet7k.com, superbet.com, betroia.com and ganamax.mx. One overlaps the spelling exclusions, so eight candidates are excluded overall. Twenty-three of the 86 queried operating-status candidates return zero modelled global visits; a model zero is not proof of no customers.

Source-access qualification. The official register’s search-indexed text was accessible on November 7, 2026, but repeated attempts to download its original PDF failed. This reconstruction was cross-checked against a secondary transcription of the Producciones Móviles portfolio and an independent register-count discussion; neither replaces the regulator. The secondary portfolio copy says 64 domains, while the official indexed row span 63–127 contains 65 entries, including a happy-casino entry absent from that copy. Ambiguous entries have not been silently promoted into verified mappings. The CSV is explicitly a reconstruction, not a certified export of a newly downloaded official file.

Mexico visits are a calculation, not a country-filtered API series

The reproducible formula is:

Derived Mexico visits = TabAPI global September visits × TabAPI reported Mexico share.

For example, caliente.mx returns 21,758,845 global visits and a Mexico share of 97.08%, producing 21,123,487 derived Mexico visits. Adding Winner’s 736,462 yields Impulsora Géminis’ 21.86 million permit-holder total. Codere’s 6,945,406 global visits at 97.47% Mexico become 6,769,687.

This is a derived proxy. TabAPI does not expose a documented Mexico-country filter on this endpoint, and its geography object does not supply a separate monthly country-visit time series. AskSpinner applies the snapshot share to the matching latest overview month, September; it does not pretend to possess directly measured Mexican sessions or apply the share backwards to July and August. If Mexico is absent from a positive-traffic hostname’s top regions, the Mexico value is unknown, not zero and not 100% of global visits.

The distinction materially changes comparisons. micasino.com has approximately 4.32 million global visits, but its reported Mexico share is only 5.62%, giving approximately 242,831 Mexico-proxy visits. A global-domain chart would exaggerate its Mexican weight by nearly eighteen times.

The second-place portfolio is not a single consumer brand

Producciones Móviles’ reconstructed register footprint spans 65 domains and five named operating companies. Its included Mexico proxy is about 18.33 million visits, but two hosts dominate: BetMéxico (~8.89 million) and Betmaster (~6.20 million) contribute approximately 82.3% of that total. Afun adds about 1.17 million. Counting names alone would obscure the concentration inside the permit portfolio.

By comparison, Playdoit contributes approximately 7.76 million of Superjuegos Robin’s 7.88 million total. Betsson and Novibet contribute approximately 1.44 million and 1.37 million respectively to Comercial de Juegos de la Frontera’s 2.84 million active-cohort total. Those are host-level estimates, not declarations of each brand’s independent Mexican licence or ultimate ownership.

A limited sensitivity test leaves the first two places unchanged. Restoring the two positive-traffic spelling candidates with reported Mexico shares would add about 351,417 visits to Producciones Móviles. Allocating all 329,048 global visits on its five missing-geography candidates to Mexico—an intentionally extreme ceiling—brings the combined possible addition to roughly 680,465, below the 3.53 million gap to first place. This only bounds the queried candidates; it does not resolve wrong spellings, undiscovered domains, apps or changes since June.

Acquisition channels: global-basis mixes, not Mexican ad-spend data

The table below weights each included host’s source shares by its global September visits. It is not a Mexico-only source breakdown.

Permit-holder cohort Direct Organic search Paid search Paid social Paid referrals Affiliate
Impulsora Géminis, S.A. de C.V. 42.0% 4.4% 0.6% 0.0% 16.9% 0.1%
Producciones Móviles, S.A. de C.V. 37.2% 12.5% 5.8% 5.8% 28.6% 0.3%
Superjuegos Robin, S.A. de C.V. 57.3% 12.3% 3.6% 7.1% 7.7% 0.1%
Libros Foráneos, S.A. de C.V. 65.9% 9.2% 1.8% 1.6% 7.4% 2.4%
Comercial de Juegos de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. 32.8% 5.2% 1.9% 1.1% 0.3% 46.9%
Pur Umazal Tov, S.A. de C.V. 20.7% 5.0% 2.4% 0.2% 0.1% 64.2%

Caliente/Winner is approximately 42% direct, with substantial referral and paid-referral buckets. Producciones Móviles’ mix has a larger paid-referral component, while the Playdoit/Playbros cluster is more direct-led. The model also puts substantial traffic into the affiliate bucket for the Frontera and Pur Umazal Tov portfolios. These are provider classifications, not audited acquisition accounts.

Do not infer a named affiliate, Meta campaign, Google campaign, payment to an intermediary or cost per acquisition from a source label. “Direct” can include unclassified visits. Search and social each have aggregate and organic/paid subfields; adding the parent bucket to its subfields would double-count. Nor can a global source mix be multiplied into the derived Mexico total and presented as observed Mexican advertising traffic.

Bet365 and Betano: retain the dated suspension label, do not invent today’s status

The June register places bet365.mx and betano.mx, under Ganador Azteca, in suspensión DGJS. Their September global estimates are only 12,283 and 3,315 respectively, and the model reports all of those visits as Mexican. They are retained in the separate suspension-cohort appendix and excluded from the operating-status ranking.

That is a historical-cohort decision, not a claim that the websites are necessarily suspended today. El CEO reported on October 23 that a collegiate tribunal had ruled in Ganador Azteca’s favour at its October 22 session, but that the resolution still needed publication and SEGOB compliance. The report is secondary evidence, not the court order. AskSpinner searched the official judiciary and government sources, including the PJF public-judgment portal, but did not retrieve a case-specific judgment or current DGJS reinstatement notice by November 7. Current operative status therefore remains unverified in this research. Small traffic can be visits to information pages; it does not prove that deposits, bets or withdrawals are available.

What the ranking can—and cannot—say

The result is a reproducible comparison of a dated, regulator-linked web cohort. It shows that permit-footprint breadth and estimated audience size are different: Caliente/Winner leads on two hosts, while Producciones Móviles’ larger portfolio is itself dominated by a few hosts.

It cannot rank every Mexican gambling business by economic size. Visits are not unique users, registrations, active bettors, deposits, stakes, GGR, tax receipts or profit. Apps, retail betting and unobserved hostnames are outside the measurement. Summing domains avoids fragmenting an operator across rows, but it does not deduplicate a person visiting two domains or remove every redirect-related session. There is no operator-level official revenue series in this exercise against which to validate the estimates. This ranking is not a recommendation to gamble or a guarantee of lawful current service.

The methodology follows AskSpinner’s Philippine operator-traffic study, with a tighter geography distinction: Mexico-proxy ranking, global-basis acquisition mix, dated register status and explicit missing-data exclusions.
