Here you can find detailed review information about Sugar Rush 1000 by Pragmatic Play.

What I liked

✅ Persistent positions give Free Spins a clear progression to follow.

✅ Regular and Super purchases make their different starting boards visible.

✅ Separate purchase prices make the full commitment checkable.

What I didn’t like

❌ Dense late-feature boards let candy symbols obscure the position values underneath.

❌ Single-position multipliers and the cluster total appear in different readouts, adding another step when checking an award.

❌ Portrait simulations squeezed the amounts and Help text into a small landscape game area.

Sugar Rush 1000 gives the series’ familiar candy grid more room to develop. Multiplier positions can reach 1,024×, and the Super feature starts with 2× already assigned to every square. The appeal is watching a board gain potential across free spins. The important tradeoff is how much the optional feature entry can cost.

Our view is that 1000 is a worthwhile variation to explore in demo if you already enjoy Sugar Rush’s persistent-position mechanic. It is harder to recommend as a first introduction to purchase costs: at a $0.20 base stake, the regular purchase costs $20 and Super costs $100. Both purchased features in our sample finished ahead, while the separate 50-spin base sample lost $4.80. Those results do not identify a better-paying mode.

1 What Sugar Rush 1000 changes

Pragmatic Play announced Sugar Rush 1000 on 18 March 2024. It keeps the original’s 7×7 grid, five-symbol clusters and tumbling sequence. Its important changes are a 1,024× single-position multiplier limit, a 25,000× maximum total win and a separate Super feature purchase. This review concerns game identifier vs20sugarrushx.

The “1000” in the name is not the precise position limit. The doubling sequence reaches 1,024×. It is also different from the total multiplier applied to a winning cluster: several positions can contribute to one cluster. Understanding those two numbers makes the later board much easier to read.

For readers in the Philippines, check the exact game title and in-game rules before comparing an operator’s listing with this review. The costs here are non-cashable USD demo amounts, not peso prices. Feature availability and the displayed configuration need checking in the game you actually open; no deposit or withdrawal was tested.

Philippine search interest

Ahrefs estimated 1,000 monthly searches in the Philippines for “sugar rush 1000” when checked on 7 October 2026. This is the estimated monthly average over its latest known 12 months. It describes search demand, not unique searchers, active players or the quality of the game.

2 A familiar grid with two purchase choices

The board is a bright, compact field of sweets. Familiar shapes help the base screen remain approachable, even when later free-spin boards are covered with numbers. The fixed grid is doing useful work: it lets you track the same position as symbols above it change.

CREDIT, BET and WIN appear separately along the bottom. The regular BUY and Super BUY controls each display a price beside the board. That separation matters. A base BET of $0.20 does not mean the nearby Super control will cost $0.20; in our test its confirmation price was $100.

Sugar Rush 1000 after the completed Super feature. The regular $20 and Super $100 prices remain separate from the $0.20 base stake.

The cluster-win readout can show a large multiplier made from several positions. Treat the digits on the board as single-square values and the multiplier beside the winning group as the group total. The distinction becomes especially important in Super, where many squares already have multipliers.

The 50 base spins were started individually: one used Normal and 49 used Turbo. Both new purchases used Turbo. Autoplay controls were inspected but their automatic stopping behaviour was not exercised. We prefer Normal for learning what is happening, because the marked-square progression is easier to follow at that pace.

Saved screen-size simulations showed a small landscape game with unused space in portrait orientation. Landscape made the amounts and Help text easier to read. These were simulated layouts, not physical-phone tests. Touch behaviour, real-device performance and audio remain unassessed. Availability and loading performance on Philippine networks have not been verified.

3 Clusters tumbles and free-spin entry

Five or more matching ordinary symbols must connect horizontally or vertically to pay. Diagonal contact does not connect a cluster. When a winning group disappears, new symbols fall into the spaces and may form another win within the same paid spin. That continues until the board has no further qualifying cluster.

The symbol module on this page provides the individual symbols and payouts. The Help screen lists seven ordinary symbols and one Scatter, with no Wild substitution symbol. For understanding the feature, the key point is how many Scatters appear: 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 award 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 free spins respectively. Qualifying Scatters during free spins can add further spins.

No natural free-spin entry occurred in our 50 base spins. The new regular purchase started with three Scatters and ten free spins. Super also started with ten in this sample. Neither observation means every purchased feature is fixed at ten; the rules allow different Scatter counts.

For accounting, one purchase is one paid event. All of its free spins, retriggers and intermediate cluster wins contribute to that event’s final payout. They are not separately charged base spins and should not be added again after the feature summary.

4 How the multiplier board develops

A first winning removal marks the positions it used. Another win on a marked position creates 2×, and later qualifying use doubles it again, up to 1,024×. Base-spin progress clears after that spin’s tumble sequence. In free spins, positions retain their progress between spins.

A cluster covering more than one multiplier position adds the applicable values. The regular purchased feature captured a particularly clear example: seven curved pink-purple sweets formed a winning group that used 2×, 2× and 4× positions. Their sum was 8×, and the payout line showed $0.20 × 8 = $1.60. The “7” described the symbol count, not a seventh multiplier.

Regular purchased feature: seven symbols use 2× + 2× + 4× = 8×. The displayed cluster payout is $1.60 at a $0.20 base stake.

Regular purchased feature: seven symbols use 2× + 2× + 4× = 8×. The displayed cluster payout is $1.60 at a $0.20 base stake.

This is why a board covered in modest multipliers can matter. Several small values can contribute to one cluster. It still takes a qualifying cluster in the right positions, so a promising-looking board is not a payout by itself.

The Super difference

Super costs 500 times the base stake and starts free spins with 2× on all 49 positions. The feature-entry notice covered part of the board at ten spins remaining. The first clear early image, at nine remaining, directly showed the complete 49-square 2× grid. That image corroborates the starting-board rule without pretending that the covered entry frame displayed every square.

Super purchased feature with nine free spins remaining. This clear early frame shows 2× in all 49 positions; the ten-spin entry notice had covered part of the board.

Super purchased feature with nine free spins remaining. This clear early frame shows 2× in all 49 positions; the ten-spin entry notice had covered part of the board.

Later selected images from the purchased features directly confirmed positions as high as 64×. Larger values such as 90×, 108× and 116× in the side readout were cluster totals. They cannot be presented as individual-square multipliers. The 1,024× position limit and 25,000× total-win limit were not reached in the reviewed evidence.

Ten starting spins became twenty completed spins

The regular purchase finished ten free spins and paid $55.13. Super started with ten, showed a three-Scatter board on what was then the last spin, continued afterwards, and finished with a summary of twenty free spins and $137.60 paid.

Those observations establish a net addition of ten spins in that Super feature. The exact add-ten notification was not fully captured, and a later part of the screenshot sequence has a 39.937-second gap. We do not reconstruct every intermediate step or present the sequence as an uninterrupted retrigger recording. The final completed count is clear.

5 RTP and the real size of the purchases

The tested Help screen lists 96.53% theoretical RTP for base play, 96.52% for the regular purchase and 96.44% for Super. It labels the game HIGH VOLATILITY and displays a $0.20 to $240 stake range in demo USD.

A product-page text capture showed 96.00%, which differs from the values inside the tested game. This review uses the in-game Help values to identify the configuration behind the sample. The reason for the discrepancy was not established. Check the Help screen in your own session rather than treating either source as a universal operator value.

The regular purchase commits the same amount as 100 base spins; Super commits the same amount as 500. Super is five times the price of the regular purchase. Its broader starting coverage is a genuine mechanical difference, but the price and the theoretical RTP provide no basis for calling it an automatic upgrade in financial value.

RTP is a long-run mathematical percentage, not an expected refund on the next feature. The slight differences between the listed modes are also much smaller than the swings seen in a short sample. Two purchased outcomes cannot tell us which mode will perform better in another session.

For a general illustration of how a larger stake consumes a fixed budget, use AskSpinner’s slot simulator. It is separate from the real game records below and does not reproduce Sugar Rush 1000’s undisclosed mathematics. 6 The recorded results and three ways to read them

Our records combine 50 settled base spins at $0.20 from 6 October 2026 with one regular purchase and one Super purchase from a new session on 7 October. The earlier spins were retained, not replayed. The purchased features completed ten and twenty free spins respectively; these are included within two paid feature events.

The base sample started at $100,000 and finished at $99,995.20. A separate wallet began the purchase session at $100,000. The regular feature ended at $100,035.13; the subsequent Super feature ended at $100,072.73. The two purchases share a continuous balance within their own session. The earlier base wallet is not connected to that line.

A large change in the sample return

Cumulative and group sample returns, calculated from actual paid costs and final payouts. Purchase outcomes are distinct paid events, not extra ordinary spins.

Cumulative and group sample returns, calculated from actual paid costs and final payouts. Purchase outcomes are distinct paid events, not extra ordinary spins.

Adding the regular purchase to the 50 base events moves the combined cost-weighted return to 201.10%. Adding Super then brings it to 152.25%, even though Super made a positive net contribution of $37.60. There is no contradiction: Super returned a lower percentage on a much larger cost than the preceding combined sample.

That distinction is useful when reading screenshots of large feature payouts. A higher dollar win, a higher net gain and a higher percentage return are different comparisons. None of them establishes an enduring advantage from one feature result.

Individual net results

Final payout minus cost for each paid event. Base spins and purchases have different costs and independently scaled panels.

Final payout minus cost for each paid event. Base spins and purchases have different costs and independently scaled panels.

Twenty of the 50 base spins had a positive payout, but only seven returned more than their $0.20 cost. Thirty paid zero. The longest zero-payout sequence was five spins, at spins 45–49, and the largest base payout was $1.08 at spin 19. These are counts from this sample, not estimates of the game’s long-run hit rate or volatility.

The retained 13-second Normal-speed clip documents the first base spin. It uses 42 timestamped screenshots, about 3.18 captured images per second, with repeated actual images filling a 10 fps video. It has no audio or invented motion, and a substantial later portion shows the stopped board. It is not a new purchase video or a continuous native recording.

Our conclusion from the test is limited but useful: the purchase costs, multiplier addition, persistent free-spin positions and completed payouts have concrete examples. The sample does not validate theoretical RTP, establish retrigger frequency or support a long-term ranking of the modes.

For another candy-themed comparison, Sweet Bonanza counts at least eight matching symbols anywhere. Sugar Rush 1000 needs five connected symbols, then gives you fixed positions to follow. The difference is useful when deciding which board-reading style you enjoy.

The two winning purchases make memorable examples, but their most useful lesson is the need to compare cost with final payout. The regular feature produced a larger percentage return, while Super produced a slightly larger net amount after five times the cost. One of each is far too little evidence to select a financially superior mode.

We rate Sugar Rush 1000 7.9/10 for the playing experience, a slight preference over the original’s 7.8. Super’s all-position 2× start gives the familiar persistent-grid mechanic a meaningfully different starting state. That optional variation earns the small edge, although dense boards, separate position and cluster-total readouts, and small portrait text demand more attention. We still favour the original’s simpler choices for a first introduction. The score does not reward the higher ceiling or the two profitable purchases in this sample.
